A building automation and HVAC business in Connecticut is looking for an experienced Building Automation Technician. Working in high-end pharma, surgical suites, commercial and a host of other building environments. Plenty of opportunity to grow and develop your career into project management, technical leadership, sales or other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Integration of various building automation devices
• Download and program systems
• Carry out point-to-point checkout and commissioning of systems
• Carry out troubleshooting and repair
• Coach and educate junior team members

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Building Automation
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and submittals
• Knowledge of Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls' EasyIO or other BAS systems
• Hands on knowledge of programming is advantageous
• Good understanding of HVAC sequence of operations
• Driver's license
