We’re hiring experienced HVAC Controls Technicians to join a growing team supporting data center and pharmaceutical clients across the U.S. This is a travel-intensive role where you'll work on-site at high-profile facilities, installing, programming, and troubleshooting Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Direct Digital Controls (DDC).

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and service BAS/DDC systems (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Tridium, etc.)
Interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
Configure and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, controllers, and networked devices
Collaborate with on-site teams and other technicians to ensure system performance
Travel frequently to client sites (flights and hotels arranged and paid for)
Maintain accurate documentation and expense receipts

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in HVAC controls or building automation (commercial/industrial only)
Hands-on experience with BAS/DDC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Tridium, etc.)
Comfortable with frequent travel and hotel stays (80%+)
Must live near a major airport
Reliable transportation (especially if based near one of our key markets)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
