Role Overview: As a Systems & Service Specialist, you will perform tasks related to automation systems, including installation, startup, commissioning, and service support. Your expertise will help our customers save energy and money, contributing to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies
• Collaborate with internal service teams and support after-hours service calls
• Ensure safety compliance and complete necessary training
• Support system commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training
• Document services and support system upgrades and maintenance

Qualifications:

Basic:

• Electromechanical aptitude and PC/software skills
• Experience in installing and servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment (Mid: 1+ years, Senior: 3+ years)
• Ability to interpret design documents and work in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the US

Preferred:

• Degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields
• Experience with building automation systems, PLCs, HVAC, electrical concepts, and communication protocols

Benefits: We offer comprehensive health and wellness benefits. The pay range is $47,530 – $94,560, depending on experience and location.
