Qualifications

• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Direct Digital Controls (DDC) in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and optimize BAS, DDC, HVAC controls, and related building technologies.
• Perform startup, commissioning, and system testing; verify device operation and control sequences.
• Provide technical and customer support; communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
• Document changes, service notes, and ensure safety and compliance in the field.
