Siemens Mobility is seeking a Service Specialist to perform tasks on building automation systems at our Fremont, CA location and serve customers across the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

You will execute service operations, collaborate with service teams, and handle on-call and overtime responsibilities. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and customer training to improve energy efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience servicing electronic control, networking/IT or HVAC equipment.
• Electro-mechanical experience and user PC/software skills.
• Able to work in confined spaces and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Work with internal service teams including Service Sales and RAM Digital Service Center personnel.
• Follow safety requirements and complete required training.
• Maintain service ticket documentation and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide customer training and ensure proper system operations.
