Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer Analyst to perform master systems integration of building management systems (BMS) and develop control databases and user interfaces. You will support installers and customers on-site and remotely, with responsibilities including startup, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of control applications.

The role involves programming controls, developing system graphics, and ensuring operation per project specifications and proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HVAC, electrical, mechanical or software preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
Program control applications using various software tools.
Perform job-site system checkout, commissioning and testing of control applications.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
Document problem resolution and report findings to project team.
