Job description

Join our team as a Building Automation Service Specialist in the Columbus, OH area and become the technical expert our customers rely on. You'll deliver hands‑on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships.

What will you do?
  • Install and commission customer systems according to established procedures and quality standards
  • Conduct preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite while maintaining strict safety and compliance protocols
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance their operations

Qualifications
  • Hands‑on BAS or HVAC controls experience (service, installation, or commissioning)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC + electrical systems
  • Highly organized, able to work in a high‑paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet schedules set by leadership
  • Ability to operate independently and autonomously, taking ownership of all tasks; excellent oral and written communication skills; team oriented
  • Proficiency with writing code for controller sequence of operations
  • Proficiency with integration protocols (BACnet, Lon Works, Modbus, etc.)
Pay Range

USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year (including base pay and short‑term incentives).
