Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking a Building Automation Service Specialist to repair, configure, and maintain BAS controlling HVAC, lighting, and other critical building functions. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize energy efficiency to strengthen client relationships.

You’ll also perform routine maintenance, provide technical client support, ensure safety compliance, and stay current with industry advancements, contributing to the growth of our Pacific

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent in HVAC and control systems.
• Experience with Niagara, Siemens/Desigo, Johnson Controls/JCI, Alerton, or Trane.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and control systems.
• Commitment to safety standards (WISHA/OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Repair, configure and maintain building automation systems (BAS) for HVAC, lighting and related controls.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and optimize for energy efficiency.
• Provide technical support to clients and document services performed.
• Conduct routine maintenance and stay current with industry advancements.
