Job summary

Automated Solutions Group Inc. seeks a Control Systems Engineer to design, program, and implement building management systems for HVAC projects on various facilities, including data centers and labs.

You will generate sequences of operation and program control logic for Automated Logic controllers, integrating VAV systems and chiller plants. You will work with cross-functional teams, prepare design drawings, and develop graphics and operator interfaces while ensuring compliance with industry

Qualifications

• Required: BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar field of study).
• Preferred: 0-1+ years of related (HVAC, building controls, construction) experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Bluebeam PDF editor.
• Ability to interpret HVAC plans and specifications with oversight.
• Strong project visualization, schematic design and technical writing.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical information.

Responsibilities

• Execute Building Automation projects per project schedule and design documents.
• Develop engineered design drawings meeting project scope and performance.
• Develop a Sequence of Operation for system programming.
• Develop application software for system operation using function block programming.
• Develop system graphics using graphical editors.
• Create intuitive user interfaces for building operators and address field questions.
