Qualifikationen

• Valid Real ID is required for this position.
• 3–5 years of experience with Johnson Controls or Metasys.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• PC experience and the ability to program DDC software.
• Must pass a drug test and a thorough background check for access to a military installation.

Aufgaben

• Quality Assurance for mechanical, plumbing, and controls systems.
• Read and interpret drawings; suggest sequence changes to meet field conditions.
• Coordinate with trades and contractors for startup & commissioning.
• Inspect installations; document deficiencies and report to the project manager.
• Install control components as required; verify wiring and sensor calibration.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on system components.
• Modify DDC panels for expansion and engineering changes.
• Analyze and adjust control software for HVAC performance.
• Produce As-Built drawings from construction drawings and field marks.
• Support commissioning activities and complete commissioning documentation.
• Assist in site training for owner/operator on building control systems.
