RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of building automation system integration projects. This entry-level role focuses on administrative tasks, procurement, scheduling, documentation, and coordination of subcontractors involved in low voltage controls installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field required.
• 1–3 years of construction or building automation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with drawings, specs and schedules beneficial.
• Basic project management concepts in scheduling and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing building automation projects under PM guidance.
• Support procurement activities, tracking orders and coordinating deliveries.
• Organize and maintain project documentation including drawings and logs.
• Attend site meetings and document field observations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support execution.
• Monitor progress and provide schedule updates from subs.
• Assist with system checkouts and commissioning support.
• Track costs, change orders, and align with budgets.
• Participate in project closeout, punch lists, and final docs (O&M Manuals).
• Identify risks and escalation issues to PM; support client reporting.
