Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies seeks an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of building automation projects. This entry-level role focuses on administration, procurement, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors for low voltage controls installations.

You will assist in planning, tracking progress, and documenting project activities while developing your PM skills in a fast-paced technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years in construction or building automation preferred.
• Familiarity with drawings, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, scheduling, and execution of building automation projects under a PM.
• Support procurement: track orders and coordinate deliveries with vendors/subcontractors.
• Organize and maintain project documentation: drawings, logs, RFIs, submittals.
• Attend site meetings, document observations, and follow up on actions.
