DuPage County is seeking a Building and Zoning Permit Technician to assist the public with permit applications and zoning processes in the county's Building and Zoning Department.
The role involves coordinating between customers, staff, and plan reviewers, reviewing plans for compliance, and maintaining permit records. A high school diploma or GED and strong customer service experience are required.
We are pleased to offer the current job opportunity for a Building and Zoning Permit Technician position within the County's Building and Zoning Department. These position will be assisting the public applying for permits of all types; assistance with the County Zoning Ordinance processes; assistance with other general County Building Code processes.
