Three Rivers Community Schools is seeking a Building Aide to support student safety during school shifts, recess, and meals. You will supervise behavior, escort students, and help maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

Reports to: Building Principal
The Building Aide plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students throughout the shift, including recess and lunch periods. This position is responsible for maintaining a positive and inclusive environment, supervising student behavior, and enforcing school rules. The position also assists with cafeteria operations, ensuring a smooth lunch service and proper hygiene practices.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; constantly walk and stand and reach with hands and arms; frequently required to bend, kneel or squat; occasionally lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; very good depth perception; and the ability to communicate through speech. The position required a high amount of physical activity.
This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, as well as indoors, including hot, cold, noisy, and crowded environments. The employee may also encounter fumes and odors on occasion. Deadlines with severe time constraints are occasional.
This position is Non-Union. Salary, terms and other conditions of employment established by the Board of Education.
