Responsibilities

• Assist underwriters in servicing new and existing accounts.
• Book accounts, prepare endorsements and binders, evaluate new and renewal policies and endorsements, prepare and issue manuscript policies.
• Service accounts, including resolving agent's inquiries, complaints, requests, and policy processing activities with guidelines, gather and organize specified information and reports to assist in the underwriting decision.
