Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an Installer to serve customers on a defined route, install the Taexx System in new homes, and perform termite treatments. You will interact with homebuilders and field managers to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional appearance and accurate ticketing.

No experience is required and training is provided. A valid driver’s license is needed, along with the ability to obtain termite/pest control licensing funded by the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed

• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
