Job summary

Reece USA in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Builder Support Representative Level I to assist the Outside Builder Sales team throughout the sales cycle. You will solve problems, track and create orders, manage backorders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve billing discrepancies mainly by phone and email.

Ideal candidates have an associates degree, at least 1 year in customer service for complex sales, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher is required.
• 1+ years in a customer service role for a complex sales cycle in similar industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outside Builder Sales team in the sales cycle to add value and create customers for life.
• Track orders, create orders, communicate backorders, and schedule deliveries.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with billing discrepancies; interactions mainly via phone or email.
• Enter Service Now tickets for maintenance issues and other requests.
• Coordinate deliveries with project managers and superintendents and reconcile billing discrepancies.
