Guardian Protection in Tampa, FL is seeking a Builder Sales Representative to deliver in-home and on-site presentations of security solutions. You will use your sales skills to build relationships with homeowners and new home builders.

The role offers uncapped commission with first-year OTE of $60k-$100k, a strong compensation plan, benefits from day one, and growth opportunities within a top-tier company.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong technical sales aptitude and excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with homeowners and new home builders to demonstrate and sell our innovative security and home technology products
• Prospecting for new builder accounts and identifying opportunities to grow our business
• Collaborating with sales center representatives to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service
• Conferring with builders to provide design specifications and prints for our electronic audio and video systems, security and fire alarm systems, intercoms, and CCTV solutions
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

Compensation

Uncapped Commission (First Year OTE $60,000 - $100,000).
