Job summary

Acrisure Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator for an upcoming joint venture in the Tampa, FL area. This Full Time position targets experienced MLOs to manage builder relationships and leverage an active pipeline with strong growth potential.

The MLO will interview customers, advise on products, terms and pricing, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process while maintaining compliance and high loan quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years residential mortgage industry experience, preferably supporting builder relationships.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, across diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Conventional, FHA, and VA loan product guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly.
• Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings.
• Interview customers to assess financial needs and advise on products/terms/pricing.
• Navigate borrowers through the mortgage process and gather required information.
• Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with regulations.
• Meet sales goals and objectives; self-sourcing allowed.
