Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking an Escrow Officer for our Houston location as part of the Builder Escrow Officer team. Relocating to Greenway Plaza’s Phoenix Tower, this role handles closing documents, lender coordination, and client communication with attention to accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing documents, calculating fees, notarizing paperwork, and balancing ~40–45 closings. Requires 4+ years in escrow and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of escrow experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all closing documents for lenders and title company.
• Calculate and collect fees, taxes, and all other payments from buyers.
• Ensure loan and contract paperwork is signed correctly and notarized.
• Review Lender’s Instructions and comply.
• Send CD (Closing Disclosure) to Lender and Seller for approval.
• Close transaction.
• Prepare Final Lender Package.
• Communicate updates and answer client questions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Balance high volume of closings (average of 40-45).
