The role focuses on developing relationships with residential builders, multifamily developers, general contractors, kitchen and bath dealers, and design-build partners while expanding market presence and generating new project opportunities.

• Experience selling cabinetry, millwork, building products, construction materials, or related products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with builders, developers, general contractors, kitchen and bath dealers, and other construction industry decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout territory.
• Build a strong project pipeline with residential, multifamily, and construction-related accounts.
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion.
• Partner with internal teams on pricing, project details, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, networking opportunities, and industry events.
• Track market activity, customer needs, and competitive trends within the territory.
