Job summary

The Marco Company in Fort Worth is seeking a reliable general labor/production worker to support manufacturing operations. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read simple blueprints, and accurate measurement using measuring devices.

You will load/unload, lift, and move material, and assemble or finish products with hand and power tools. Overtime may be required; safety and policy compliance are emphasized.

  • Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee.
  • Following instructions based on work instructions.
  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
  • Performs any other duties assigned by management.

Education and Experience
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods standing and walking.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Withstand repetitive bending, overhead reaching, stooping/squatting/kneeling/grasp objects/manipulate objects.
  • Must be able to work in a varying temperature in a warehouse environment.
  • Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment

The employee may be exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures, heights, and loud machinery or equipment. The employee may be exposed to hazardous chemicals. Various work environments may include use of staircase to get to and from assigned work area.
