Job summary

Marco Company in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload, assemble, and move material, and to perform sanding, gluing, and spraying tasks as needed. You will use powered hand and table tools, follow work instructions, and report any issues promptly.

Safety, accuracy, and adherence to policies are essential. The ideal candidate can read and understand directions, work in multiple roles, and handle overtime as required.

Job description

• Must be able to use measuring devices with accuracy
• May load/unload, lift, and move material.
• Sands, assembles, cuts, glue, and sprays various products.
• Use of powered hand and table tools may be required. cordless/electric drills, miter saw, nail guns, powered sanders air and electric)
• May be trained to act as forklift operator to assist with material movement.
• Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee.
• Following instructions based on work instructions.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
• Performs any other duties assigned by management.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.

• Must be able to work in a varying temperature in a warehouse environment.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The employee may be exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures, heights, and loud machinery or equipment. The employee may be exposed to hazardous chemicals. Various work environments may include use of staircase to get to and from assigned work area.
