Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of assigned homes from start through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, materials, and construction schedules.
• Monitor construction progress and address issues affecting quality, schedule, or cost.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure construction and quality standards are met.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure work aligns with pricing and scope.
• Monitor construction costs to keep projects within budgets.
• Review plans, specifications, selections, and other construction information as needed.
• Coordinate materials and deliveries to support construction schedules.

About the Role

The Builder oversees the construction of assigned homes, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, homeowners, Sales, and Production to ensure homes are completed with quality workmanship, on schedule, and within established budgets.

The Builder plays a key role in coordinating construction activities, monitoring progress, maintaining quality standards, and helping deliver a positive homeowner experience.

Key Responsibilities
