Motion is looking for a motivated Build Shop Technician in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will assemble hydraulic and electric assemblies, operate test equipment, and prepare orders for shipping.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with engineering drawings. An excellent benefits package including healthcare options, 401(k), and vacation is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with mechanical systems preferred.
• Ability to learn and develop new skills as required.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic and electrical customer assemblies.
• Operate Hydraulic Test Stand for tests as required.
• Prepare orders for shipment (packing, palletizing).
• Receive and manage inventory.

Skills

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

Attention to detail

Fluid power experience

Familiarity with office software applications
