Quickparts in Seattle is seeking a Build Setup Coordinator to drive scheduling, machine readiness, and prep work for SLA/SLS manufacturing. You will coordinate builds, group jobs by due dates, and optimize part orientation to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in a technical/manufacturing environment, strong Excel and Office skills, plus familiarity with 3D CAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar technical or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office; familiarity with 3D CAD is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer support and maintain exemplary attendance.

Quickparts is hiring an Intermediate Build Setup Coordinator to drive effective scheduling and preparatory operations for our SLA and SLS machines. This role is central to ensuring smooth, on-time build setups — coordinating job placements, managing customer communications, and applying technical expertise to optimize manufacturing workflows across our operation.

Coordinate and schedule machine availability for current builds

Group jobs strategically to meet shipping timelines

Optimize part orientation for successful build outcomes

Communicate directly with customers to resolve file and build issues

Maintain accurate, up-to-date job records

Uphold build quality standards in partnership with leadership

What You'll Do

Build Scheduling & Preparation

• Collaborate closely with the Manager, SLA/SLS to maintain build quality standards
• Follow detailed procedural steps that support efficient production and customer satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar technical or manufacturing environment
• Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office; familiarity with 3D CAD is a plus
