Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Quality Engineer (Build Reliability Engineer) Level 3-4 to partner with design and manufacturing to improve reliability of flight hardware and processes. You will develop quality plans, lead failures investigation, support Lean improvements, and drive corrective actions across teams.

This role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or quality engineering.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• US Citizenship and eligible for US Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Create quality plans for flight hardware, including key characteristics and inspections.
• Develop and validate Lean test and inspection processes; ensure objective criteria and quality goals.
• Monitor production ramp-up with quality and analysis tools.
• Conduct regular build quality reviews to ensure design intent and identify risk reductions.
• Investigate production/test/flight failures to identify root causes and reduce risk.
• Contain non-conforming product and guide inspections, repairs, and quarantines.
• Support shop floor with Lean improvements and standard repair guides.
