The Building Maintenance Manager is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall maintenance operations of the Mylan Park Aquatics & Track & Field Centers. This role ensures that all physical systems—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool systems, and general building infrastructure—are operating efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for athletes, staff, and the community. This position also involves keeping all records up to date to comply with company, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations. The Building Maintenance Manager reports directly to the General Manager (Aquatics & Track Center).
