• Build and maintain end-to-end processes across product, development, QA, and support
• Own and optimize workflows in Jira (and everything around it)
• Track, structure, and control bug management across teams
• Ensure transparency and predictability of delivery
• Set up and enforce processes for releases, QA cycles, and task tracking
• Identify bottlenecks and eliminate them
• Bring consistency to how teams plan, execute, and report

• Strong experience with Jira (advanced level)
• Understanding of product development lifecycle
• Experience working with engineering and QA teams
• Ability to structure messy environments
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Confidence to push teams to follow processes
• You don’t just manage tasks — you build systems
• You’re comfortable enforcing discipline when needed
• You can talk to engineers, QA, and product in their language
• You see inefficiencies immediately and know how to fix them
