The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is seeking a Buffet Attendant to uphold the quality of the guest experience in the buffet area, ensuring cleanliness and timely replenishment of hot foods. You will engage with guests, discuss dining options, and assist with general duties as directed by management.

Located near Deer Valley ski resort, this on-site role requires weekend availability and a focus on hospitality excellence within a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current alcohol server certification and/or food service permit.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep buffet area clean, including flatware and plates, and wipe spills.
• Top off hot foods in a timely manner to prevent shortages.
• Engage with guests and discuss food options; answer questions.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the manager.
