The role requires basic F&B experience, English fluency, and willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Serving guests with Sonesta service standards, you will help maintain clean areas and assist in meeting rooms as needed.

Qualifications

• Some previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all guest interactions according to G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Prepare and transport food and beverage items and supplies to buffet areas.
• Monitor and replenish buffet items and setup while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Follow safety, portion, and presentation standards; ensure proper storage and waste minimization.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and hotel events.
