Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection on Alabama’s Gulf Coast invites you to join us as a Buffet Attendant. You will set up and maintain the buffet, replenish dishes, and ensure food safety across service periods.

Greet guests warmly, assist with requests, coordinate with kitchen staff, and keep the buffet area clean and organized to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Buffet Setup & Presentation: Transport and arrange hot and cold food items from the kitchen to the buffet, creating a visually appealing display that’s easy for guests to access.
• Food Monitoring: Regularly check food levels and temperatures, keeping dishes full and safe for consumption, while promptly removing any items as needed.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the buffet line and workspace after each meal session, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Guest Interaction: Provide a warm welcome, greet guests by name whenever possible, and assist with any requests to enhance their dining experience.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth buffet service.
• Inventory & Storage: Organize and return all equipment and supplies to designated storage areas after each session, keeping the workspace organized and ready for the next shift.
