Job summary

YellowFinsIV is seeking energetic individuals to join our team for Food Production, Operational Excellence, and Guest Service roles in a busy buffet setting. Duties include preparing Hot Choice Buffet items, grilling, maintaining freshness and temperature, stocking at the Display Cooking Station, and assisting guests with carved meat options.

Follow health and safety guidelines and participate in shift duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in buffet production and display cooking.
• Ability to maintain hot foods at safe serving temperatures.
• Willingness to follow recipes and procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products and displays according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills items to Golden Corral standards.
• Ensures fried products are fresh and hot.
• Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station when needed.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when needed.
• Follows the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life.
