Qualifications

• Breakfast buffet service experience preferred.
• Interest in healthy, wellness-minded cuisine.
• Knowledge of buffet presentation standards for high-volume service.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute daily breakfast buffet service according to menus and standards.
• Support preparation and service of afternoon happy hour receptions, including setup and cleanup.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet Kohler Hospitality standards.
• Follow production schedules to maintain portions and minimize waste.
• Maintain proper temperatures, labeling, dating and storage.
• Practice safe food handling and adhere to regulations and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and kitchen environment.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with Supervising Cook and culinary team on daily operations.
• Adhere to Kohler Co. policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
