Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transport all food and beverage items and supplies to and from buffet areas.
• Monitor buffet areas to ensure adequate supplies and replenish items as needed.
• Follow preparation methods and quality standards, checking taste, appearance, temperature and portions.
• Welcome guests and respond to requests professionally; refer serious matters to management.
• Maintain clean, organized buffet and work areas; report any equipment issues.
