Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills preferred.
• Prior food preparation experience is preferred.
• Ability to carry, lift and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transport food and beverage items to buffet areas.
• Monitor supplies and replenish buffet items as necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work area and buffets.
• Check and report maintenance needs for kitchen equipment.
