Job summary

UNFI in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to provide consistent service at customer locations, stocking and merchandising products, and supporting remodels and new stores. You will read planograms, visit retailers on Home Store or Field Sales programs, adjust displays, and collaborate with sales teams.

This onsite role requires frequent travel up to 95% and a valid driver’s license. UNFI offers weekly pay, a competitive 401k, PTO, health benefits after 30 days, mileage reimbursement,

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Auto Insurance levels that meet UNFI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and implement planograms; adjust sections as needed.
• Visit retailers on Home Store or Field Sales program and provide feedback.
• Rotate stock, remove out-of-code products, process merchandise returns.
• Interpret internal reports and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Develop action plans with supervision to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Engage customers across the Professional Services Portfolio to strengthen relationships.
