Job summary

KeyBank’s Consumer Analyst Development Program offers a 6-week training period followed by two 8-month rotations across Marketing, Digital, Consumer Credit, and Product teams in Buffalo, NY. The program is designed for soon-to-graduate students to transition into full-time roles while gaining exposure to leadership and real business challenges.

Business Analysts will work with executive leadership to design and implement strategies that impact profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an analytically rigorous discipline (Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, etc.) (required)
• Must obtain a four-year degree or graduate level degree by June 2027
• Articulate and concise; at ease communicating with stakeholders and executive leadership (required)
• Passionate about problem solving and data

Responsibilities

• Gather, research, and structure data required for solving business problems
• Develop analyses with actionable conclusions and communicate to stakeholders and senior management
• Assist with creating and leading strategies and their execution, including analyzing drivers of credit performance
• Help design product, pricing, and customer management strategies for various financial products
• Support Marketing and engagement campaign test design, execution, and monitoring strategy
• Assist with operational and engagement workflow optimization for customer experience
• Complies with Key policies and procedures and uphold ethical standards
