Terp Bros. Ozone Park is seeking a Budtender/Sales Associate to educate customers and help guide product selection at our Ozone Park cannabis dispensary. You will represent the brand, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive retail experience.

Role emphasizes cannabis product knowledge, customer service excellence, and accurate POS handling in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hours with opportunities for growth and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Knowledge of cannabis products.
• Prior retail or customer service experience.
• Experience handling a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sales experience.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all cultivars and products in store inventory.
• Operate a POS, handle cash transactions, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Educate customers on different cannabis products, including effects and usage.
• Adhere to NY regulations and store policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Drive repeat business through local networking and customer loyalty.
