Mint Cannabis in Missouri is seeking a Budtender to greet guests, educate on cannabis products, and guide customers through their journey with care and compliance in a fast-paced retail setting. You will process orders, handle payments, maintain a clean store, stay updated on state regulations, and support team operations while contributing to a positive culture and guest experience.

The role requires 21+ and the ability to obtain a Facility Agent Card.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) per state requirements.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening required.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, brands, and consumption methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, verify credentials, and record allotment details in the POS system.
• Provide product education and personalized recommendations based on patient needs.
• Process orders and payments with accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
• Operate and reconcile cash tills; ensure accurate daily deposits.
• Support cross-functional departments (administration, packaging, etc.) when needed.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, state regulations, and company promotions.
• Assist management in daily operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Location: St. Peters, MO

Pay Range: $15.00/hr + tips (no tip share!) + $3/hr overnight shift differential

The Budtender is the face of Mint Cannabis — delivering exceptional service, education, and positive energy to every guest. You’ll guide patients and customers through their cannabis journey with care, confidence, and compliance while helping maintain the smooth daily flow of retail operations. Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the dispensary.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity for handling cannabis products and transactions.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, customer-facing retail setting with moderate noise and frequent interaction.
• PPE or additional safety measures may be required per state regulations.
