Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead to support daily dispensary operations at our St. Peters location. You will lead the floor team, greet guests, answer questions, and ensure accurate inventory and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, 1+ year in cannabis/retail, and the ability to train Budtenders while upholding state regulations. This position offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in cannabis, retail, or customer service.
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, training, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of cannabis products, brands, and compliance guidelines.
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card per Missouri state law.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid government-issued ID.
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance.

Pay Range: $22hr + Tips (no tip share!)

The Retail Lead plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Mint Cannabis dispensary. This position serves as the go-to resource for team members on the floor — ensuring compliance, maintaining flow, driving customer satisfaction, and assisting with leadership responsibilities.
