Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Budtender at our Sheridan, Colorado location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share in-depth product knowledge, and guide customers through safe, informed cannabis purchases.

This role emphasizes education, compliance, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. As a valued team member, you will work with fellow staff to keep displays organized, stay informed on regulations, and help with daily store operations while handling cash and

Qualifications

Customer service experience in retail or similar setting.
Strong product knowledge about cannabis products.
Cash handling and basic math accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional welcome; listen to customer needs.
Offer expert product recommendations and usage guidance.
Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, and safe use.
Maintain store appearance, organize displays, and stay updated on product releases and regulations.
Handle cash transactions using POS system and ensure accurate processing.
