Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Availability to work retail schedule that includes nights and weekends.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, customer services, or retail environment.
• Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and personalized experience to each customer.
• Ensure customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly.
• Accountable for accurately receiving and coordinating customer orders.
• Initiate continued learning activities and keep dispensary properly stocked.
• Meet/exceed day-to-day sales metrics.
• Assist management with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
