AYR Wellness, Inc. is hiring a Budtender in a Boston-area dispensary. You will deliver exceptional customer service, provide guidance on Premium Cannabis products, and support daily store operations to meet sales and customer experience targets.

We value 21+ staff, reliability, and a team attitude. You will work a retail schedule including nights and weekends, ensure compliance with state regulations, and help keep the dispensary inviting and well-stocked.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by state cannabis regulations.
• Availability to work retail schedule including nights and weekends.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, or retail.
• Adherence to state cannabis policies and regulations.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide knowledgeable, personalized customer experiences about Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions quickly and communicate unresolved items to management.
• Accurately process orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe dispensary environment with a customer-first focus.
• Support management in ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are followed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and curiosity for cannabis.
• Assist with openings, closings, and overall store operations as directed.
