Job summary

Golden Grail Group in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Product Specialist (Budtender) to deliver a knowledgeable, compliant cannabis retail experience. Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain OLCC permit.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
• Provide inviting, clean, and safe retail environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a compliant store atmosphere.
• Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls professionally.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash.
• Enter customer information accurately and efficiently.
• Verify required identification, documentation, and compliance records.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, merchandising, and company standards.
• Represent the Chalice and Golden Grail Group brands with professionalism, compassion, and care.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
