Job summary

DCM Inc. is hiring a Retail Associate (Budtender) to join our cannabis team in the Mid-Atlantic market. The role emphasizes product knowledge, assisting customers, and managing a clean, well-stocked store floor.

You will counsel customers on cannabis products, dosages, and effects while processing transactions accurately in the POS system and ensuring a positive customer/patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old due to legal requirements.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass Federal and State background checks.
• Minimum 2 years of retail or food service experience; cannabis experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of METRC experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge and assist customers with purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
• Deliver excellent customer/patient service and professionalism.
• Enter transactions and inventory data accurately in the POS.
• Counsel customers on cannabis use, dosages, forms, and effects.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions securely.
