The role requires a bachelor’s (or master’s) in a finance-related field, 7–10 years of experience, and proven leadership. Travel up to 10% is expected, with competitive salary and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field and 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Prior management experience and demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent.
• Proficient in SAP, Cognos, and Microsoft Office; experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting cycle and financial reporting activities for the functional organization.
• Provide direct management for a team of Business Management employees, including mentoring and development.
• Support executive reviews of budget performance and perform frequent ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation plans.
• Harmonize Business Management processes and enforce rate policies and SOX controls.
