The successful candidate will mentor a team, drive budgeting cycles, deliver timely reports for senior leadership, and ensure data integrity and compliance with SOX controls while pursuing continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field required.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience; or a master's with 7+ years.
• Experience managing teams and developing talent.
• Budget management and forecasting experience; SAP/Cognos/Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management for a team of Business Management employees.
• Lead budgeting cycle and financial reporting for functional organization.
• Support executive reviews of budget performance and ad-hoc analyses.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigations.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with SOX controls.
• Collaborate across functions to harmonize processes.
