Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-06 in budgeting, procurement, and financial records.
• Experience reviewing monthly orders and adjusting to budget limits.
• Experience purchasing supplies and services and managing government travel cards.
• Maintaining accurate current records and informing Fund Control Point Officials of status.

Responsibilities

• Perform budget analysis and fund control point administration in HAS.
• Record, report, and reconcile budgetary data per HAS rules.
• Procure supplies and services per federal regulations and blanket agreements.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective support of programs.
