Insight Global is seeking a Project Analyst to support the Reality Labs organization in spending planning, forecasting, accruals, and reporting. You will partner with Procurement, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and program management to build recurring reporting and automation, while driving data integrity and timely submissions.

The role emphasizes finance/data work with process change and AI-enabled workflows, touching cross-functional teams and budget owners globally from Sunnyvale, CA.

Formación

• Hands-on experience analyzing spend and forecast data.
• Experience presenting reports to directors and senior leadership.
• Experience applying AI to improve business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering teams through quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Audit budget and forecast submissions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze forecast and spend data, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Run monthly accrual cycle and validate against PO balances.
• Build recurring reporting and dashboards, including AI-enabled tooling.
• Act as a trusted budget owner contact across departments.
